New Jersey Ballet's The Nutcracker has been a Bergen County holiday tradition at the Bergen Performing Arts Center in Englewood since 1986. This year's four performances run on Saturday and Sunday, December 5 and 6, at 1:00 and 4:30 pm each day. The company describes it as having delighted generations of families, whether continuing a family tradition or seeing the ballet for the first time. Tickets are $35 to $65 through the company's purchase link. For a longer run with a live symphony orchestra, the company also performs at Mayo PAC in Morristown from December 11 to 27.
