About this adventure
A 71-acre town park on a former farm and nursery, designed around Knightdale's agricultural and railroad history. Kids can play on the inclusive playground, run on open lawns and athletic fields and, in summer, cool off at the splash pad; families can also walk the paved trails and greenway, circle the central pond (catch-and-release fishing only), visit the pollinator meadow and public art, play disc golf and catch shows at the amphitheater. Pavilions, picnic shelters, restrooms and a dog park are on site; personal grills, swimming, wading and boating are not allowed.
