About this adventure
Purcellville's big holiday Saturday. The annual Holiday Parade steps off at noon, rain or shine. From 2 to 5 pm the Loudoun Valley Community Center hosts Pictures with Santa and a children's Ornament Workshop, and from noon to 6 pm the historic Bush Tabernacle holds a holiday market of local artists and crafters with a model-train LEGO display by the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area LEGO Train Club. That evening the town also publishes its Holiday Lights Tour map of decorated homes and businesses for a self-guided drive. Bring a camera for Santa and plan time for the LEGO trains, which are a hit with younger kids.
