About this adventure

A free, hands-on story time for elementary-age children that pairs a picture book with tasting new fruits and vegetables. The session reads Tops & Bottoms by Janet Stevens, the trickster tale about a hare who outsmarts a bear over which half of each vegetable to harvest, and then children taste the foods from the story. It runs for an hour after school at Cascades Library in Potomac Falls, for grades 1 through 5.
