Trick-or-Treat on the Trails at Meadowside

About this adventure

Children come in costume for a self-guided stroll through Meadowside Nature Center's 'enchanted forest' in Rockville, collecting treats along the way by answering tricks, riddles and puzzles at stops on the trail. It runs as a two-hour drop-in window in daylight on the afternoon before Halloween, so families can go at their own pace. The trails are natural surfaces with roots, rocks and uneven ground — wear flat, closed-toe shoes, and expect a stroller to struggle. Registration is required.
