About this adventure
Lake Travis Community Library hosts a hands-on computer-aided design workshop led by FIRST robotics team 4545 Ouroboros from Vandegrift High School. Kids ages 10 and up get to try the kind of software tools real engineers and product designers use to sketch and model parts, with high-school team members coaching. It is a good fit for tweens who like building, Minecraft or LEGO and are curious about how robots and machines are designed before they are made. The one-hour session is in the Lakeway Library meeting room; the library lists it as no registration required.
