About this adventure

Danvers FalconFest and the Town of Danvers bring the town together on downtown Maple Street for the Christmas Tree Lighting on Saturday, December 5. Activities and entertainment start at 4 pm, with a DJ playing festive music, carolers and holiday characters, plus free face painting, a reindeer food making station and a card making station for kids; an Elf Toss carnival game is available for purchase, and food trucks and vendors are still to be announced. At 5:15 pm a holiday parade rolls through downtown, leading Santa in on a fire truck, and at 5:45 pm Santa lights the tree. The event is free, and the Danvers SEPAC hosts a sensory area at Maple and Cherry Streets.
