Winter is tracking season at Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary in Sharon. On this family hike, children walk the trails looking for tracks, scat and feeding signs left by deer, foxes and other animals that stay active in the cold, learning to identify what they find and piece together what happened before they arrived. Back inside, the clues from the trail inspire a nature journaling or tracking-themed craft to take home. Arrive five minutes early and park in the main lot; trails may be wet or slippery. For families with children 5 to 12, accompanied by an adult.
