A morning nature program for toddlers ages 2 to 4 and their grown-ups at Mass Audubon's Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary in Topsfield. On November 13 ('Tracking Squirrels and Chipmunks') little explorers go on a scavenger hunt to find where squirrels and chipmunks live, look closely at the food they store, learn the differences between them through games, and finish with a squirrel movement game and a chipmunk headband craft. The November 20 session, 'Wildlife Winter Prep', looks at how animals get ready for winter. Meet in the Nature Center; bring a water bottle and wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear.
