About this adventure

New Bedford Ballet's Nutcracker Tea invites young ballet fans to the 'Land of Sweets' for an afternoon of high tea at the Wamsutta Club. Children meet and take photos with characters from the ballet, including the Nutcracker and the Sugar Plum Fairy, make festive holiday crafts to take home as keepsakes, and enjoy a spread of sweet and savory treats. The tea is geared toward preschool and elementary ages, though everyone is welcome, and it pairs naturally with the company's 'A New England Nutcracker' performances in December. Seating is limited and every guest needs a ticket; proceeds support the New Bedford Ballet Foundation.
