The Town of Wickenburg turns Boetto Park into a foam-dart battlefield for an hour of Nerf Wars, a drop-in morning of team games for families. Players bring their own Nerf-style blaster, and the town supplies the ammunition (regular foam darts) plus the eye protection everyone wears on the field. The hour is built around organized games such as Capture the Flag and Battle Royale, so it rewards teamwork and a bit of strategy as much as aim, and parents are welcome to join their kids rather than watch from the sidelines.
