About this adventure

Woonsocket's historic Stadium Theatre stages its own production of Disney's Frozen, the Broadway musical based on the animated film, for one weekend before Thanksgiving. The show has all of the film's songs by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez plus new numbers written for the stage, following Anna's journey with ice harvester Kristoff to find her sister Elsa after Elsa's hidden powers plunge Arendelle into winter. The theater labels it family friendly. With weekend matinees at 2 PM as well as evening performances, it is a good first full-length musical for young Frozen fans, and the theater's own cast list shows a local company in the roles.
