About this adventure

The Town of Purcellville lights its holiday tree at Town Hall on the first Friday evening of December, opening the town's Christmas in Purcellville season. It is a short, free-to-attend community gathering that young children can manage on a school night; dress warmly for the outdoor ceremony. The rest of the town's holiday programme — parade, Santa pictures, ornament workshop and a LEGO train display — follows on Saturday, Dec 12. The town posts last-minute updates on its Christmas in Purcellville and Parks & Recreation Facebook pages.
