About this adventure
A free, family-friendly one-day festival at The Show Place Arena in Upper Marlboro celebrating independent authors and artists. Visitors can browse and buy books, meet the writers and illustrators who made them, look at art, and watch live entertainment through the day. For families it is a chance for children to meet local authors in person and pick out new books; the organizer, The Author Space, runs the event and lists its details on its own site.
